1. Ask for a quote.
2. Provide all the required information. We need to know at least: the delivery location and the date.
3. We send you an initial quote for item including delivery and pick-up fee within 2 business days of your inquiry.
4. Once you decide to move forward, we will send you a service agreement and deposit payment link along with the final payment due date
5. You make a deposit payment and accept the terms of our party rental contract.
6. We will schedule your delivery. We will all rental items/props you have reserved on your event date to ensure they are set up properly prior to your event start time
